We work with trusted suppliers to ensure your order is processed and delivered quickly and safely.
Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand how and when your items will be shipped.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may take slightly longer.
You will always receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Shipping & Delivery Times
We currently ship to Europe, the United States, and selected international destinations.
Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 3–7 business days

Other international destinations: 7–14 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the supplier’s warehouse.
Delays can occur due to customs inspections or local courier operations.
Fulfillment Partners (Dropshipping)
Nyful uses third-party suppliers located in Europe and the USA to fulfill and ship orders.
This allows us to deliver items faster and closer to your region.
In some cases, your order may arrive in separate packages if multiple suppliers are involved.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 days of your purchase, please contact us at info@nyful.com.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
Nyful is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred during or after shipping.
All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.
Nyful is not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it once additional shipping costs are covered.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed for more than 15 business days after dispatch, please contact us at info@nyful.com.
We will immediately contact the supplier and shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Nyful is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
